Genertec Universal Medical Group Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 28 May 2025. The shareholders approved the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2024. A final dividend of HK$0.35 per share for the year ended 31 December 2024 was declared. Mr. Lin Chunhai was re-elected as a director. Additionally, the general mandate granted to the directors to issue, allot, and deal with additional shares in the capital of the company was extended.
