Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT) has announced a change in its auditor, with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) set to retire at the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting on July 22, 2025. Following a tender process in line with corporate governance best practices, KPMG will be appointed as the new auditor effective immediately after PwC's retirement. The decision, endorsed by the Audit and Risk Management Committee, does not require unitholder approval and complies with the REIT Code and Trust Deed. Link REIT expressed appreciation for PwC's professional services over the past 20 years.
