5月27日金融一线消息，据南阳金融监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中原银行南阳分行因银行员工违规借用客户资金和出借资金给客户使用；信贷人员核保不尽职，导致冒名担保问题，被罚款60万元。

同时，华大林（时任中原银行南阳分行营业部公司客户经理）因信贷人员核保不尽职，导致冒名担保，被警告；朱云杰（时任中原银行南阳分行营业部负责人）因信贷人员核保不尽职，导致冒名担保，被警告；陈俊华（时任中原银行南阳龙中支行市场经理）因银行员工违规借用客户资金和出借资金给客户使用，被警告。
