智通财经APP获悉，美国银行分析师Ross Fowler将美国天然气公司Southwest Gas Holdings(SWX.US)评级从“逊于大盘”上调至“中性”，目标价从69美元上调至74美元。美银研报指出，随着Southwest Gas采取初步变现措施以缓解即将分拆的公用事业基础设施服务公司Centuri(CTRI.US)带来的估值压力，该公司风险回报比已趋于均衡。报告同时强调，亚利桑那州监管环境呈现改善态势。
该行还表示，Southwest Gas已完成900万股Centuri股份的二次发售(出售部分持股)，并同步向投资者伊坎完成5000万美元的私募配售。经测算，这两笔交易将为Southwest Gas带来约2.25亿美元的净收益，足以覆盖其2025-2026年度的股权融资需求。
