　　5月27日金融一线消息，重庆银行今日发布关于实施2024年度权益分派时“重银转债”停止转股的提示性公告。公告指出，因实施2024年年度普通股权益分派，重庆银行的相关证券停复牌情况如下：自2024年年度权益分派实施公告前一日（2025年6月3日）至权益分派股权登记日期间，“重银转债”将停止转股。

　　此外，重庆银行表示，将于2025年6月4日在上海证券交易所网站和其他指定信息披露媒体披露权益分派实施公告和可转债转股价格调整公告。4月22日，该行2024年度股东大会审议通过了《关于〈2024年度利润分配方案〉的议案》，决定以实施权益分派股权登记日A股和H股总股本为基数，向登记在册的全体股东派发现金股息，每10股现金分红人民币2.48元（含税）。
