智通财经APP讯，升柏控股(02340)发布公告，供股已于2025年5月6日(星期二)成为无条件，而截至2025年5月20日(星期二)下午4时正(即最后接纳时限)为止：
(1)已就供股暂定配发的合计1.92亿股供股股份收到合共32份有效接纳，占供股项下可供认购的总计2.12亿股供股股份的约90.55%;及
(2)已就额外供股暂定配发的合计约3.79亿股供股股份收到合共22份有效接纳，占供股项下可供认购的总计2.12亿股供股股份的约178.19%。
根据不可撤回承诺，ChampKey已认购根据供股获暂定配发的所有供股股份。
基于上述接纳及申请结果，已接获合共54份有关约5.71亿股供股股份的有效接纳及申请，占供股项下可供认购的约2.12亿股供股股份总数的约268.75%。因此，供股获超额认购约3.58亿股供股股份，占供股项下可供认购的2.12亿股供股股份总数的约168.75%。
