智通财经APP讯，环球数码创意(08271)发布公告，于2025年5月26日，中国广东省广州市中级人民法院作出民事裁决，接纳有关公司的间接非全资附属公司广东环球数码创意产业有限公司(广东环球数码)的破产清算申请，理由为无力偿债及其资产不足以偿还其债务。诚如公司2024年年报所披露，公司间接持有广东环球数码68%的股权。广东环球数码之业务自2018年起被归类为集团已终止经营业务。
广东环球数码的破产清算申请被法院接纳后(包括正式委任破产管理人)，公司将不再被视为对广东环球数码拥有控制权。因此，广东环球数码的财务业绩将不再合并至集团的财务业绩。
