Advent Technologies Holdings Inc. has announced that it received a letter from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department on May 22, 2025, indicating non-compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The issue arose because the company did not file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2025, by the deadline, and its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ending December 31, 2024, has also not been filed. While this notification does not immediately affect the listing or trading of Advent's shares, the company has until June 16, 2025, to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq. If accepted, Nasdaq could grant an extension until October 13, 2025, to meet the listing requirements. Advent intends to submit its compliance plan by the June deadline.
