TXC (TPE:3042) appointed its current director and president, Ya-Ping Kuo, as deputy chief executive (CEO) officer on Tuesday, according to a same-day Taiwan Exchange filing.
The appointment will support the group's overall operational development, the frequency control products manufacturer said.
