智通财经APP讯，涂鸦智能-W(02391)发布公告，于2025年5月27日，涂鸦九州及涂鸦八极分别与一建建设订立第三份承包商施工合同及第四份承包商施工合同。
根据第三份承包商施工合同，一建建设已向涂鸦九州承诺提供4号地块的地上施工工程，总代价为人民币2.376亿元(含税)，但可根据该合同的条款作出调整。
根据第四份承包商施工合同，一建建设已向涂鸦八极承诺提供3号地块的地上施工工程，总代价为人民币2.16亿元(含税)，但可根据该合同的条款作出调整。
3号地块指西政工出[2024]3号地块，位于中国西湖区。4号地块指西政工出[2024]4号地块，位于中国西湖区。
集团拟通过本项目整合以往分散的办公室及研发资源，加强跨功能合作，并为核心技术及产品的开发、测试等活动提供更可靠、稳定的产研办公环境及配套设施。拥有自有楼宇亦有助集团加强成本控制及资产管理。新型用地亦为集团未来根据业务需求进行潜在扩张提供了灵活性。本次交易的资本开支将由集团的可自由动用的资金拨付。集团目前维持强劲的现金状况及稳健的财务状况。
