AMC Entertainment Sets Revenue Records for Memorial Day Weekend
AMC Entertainment (AMC) said Tuesday it set records during the Memorial Day holiday weekend for admissions revenue, food and beverage revenue, and overall revenue at its domestic locations.
AMC and ODEON Cinemas recorded their highest attended weekend and highest attended five-day period for 2025 from Thursday through Monday, both in the US and globally, with over 7 million attendees, AMC said.
The company cited box-office strength for the features "Lilo & Stitch" and "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning."
Financial details were not disclosed.
AMC shares were 9% higher in morning trading.
