微信公众号“天津人大”消息，5月27日，天津市第十八届人大常委会第十八次会议，任命王秀峰为天津市副市长，免去刘桂平的天津市副市长职务。

公开信息显示，王秀峰，男，汉族，1970年11月生，大学学历，高级管理人员工商管理硕士，中共党员。

他曾任中国冶金科工股份有限公司副总裁，招商局华建公路投资有限公司财务总监，招商局公路网络科技控股股份有限公司董事长、总经理，招商局港口集团股份有限公司首席执行官（CEO）、副董事长等职。

此番调整前，王秀峰任招商局集团有限公司副总经理。

另据天津日报23日消息，中共中央批准：刘桂平同志任天津市委副书记；陈辐宽同志不再担任天津市委副书记、常委职务。

公开简历显示，刘桂平，男，汉族，1966年5月生，研究生学历，经济学博士学位，中共党员，二十届中央候补委员，此前担任天津市委常委、常务副市长。
