智通财经APP讯，首创环境(03989)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司新疆天富公司已中标污水处理厂提标改造项目进出水监测间设备采购的公开招标。于2025年5月27日，新疆天富公司(作为卖方)与四川青石公司(作为买方)订立设备采购合同，据此，新疆天富公司同意出售而四川青石公司同意购买目标设备，代价为人民币418.9万元。
新疆天富公司同意出售而四川青石公司同意购买下列设备各16套：化学需氧量(COD)在线监测仪;氨氮(NH3-N)在线监测仪;总氮(TN)在线监测仪;总磷在线监测仪;pH值及温度测量仪(二合一);水质自动采样器;数据采集器;壁挂式空调;及不间断电源装置。
