Foresight News 消息，比特币挖矿公司 Cango 发布公告凑额称，公司已于 5 月 27 日完成将中国大陆业务以约 3.52 亿美元现金出售予 Ursalpha Digital 的交易，并同步解除相关反转权利。交易完成后，董事张勇义（Mr. Yongyi Zhang）等四人辞职，张勇义亦卸任 CFO 职务，林家源（Mr. Jiayuan Lin）被任命为临时 CFO，林彦君（Mr. Yanjun Lin）与吕海天（Mr. Haitian Lu）出任独立董事。Cango 将向中国证监会申请取消“中国概念股”身份。目前公司核心业务为全球比特币挖矿，布局覆盖北美、中东、南美和东非。
