智通财经APP讯，锐信控股(01399)发布公告，于2025年5月27日股东周年大会结束后，冯明竹先生已由执行董事调任为非执行董事;及不再担任董事会主席。冯明竹先生仍为董事会企业管治委员会成员。
执行董事倪晨晖先生已获委任为董事会主席，自2025年5月27日起生效。
于股东周年大会结束后，冯明竹先生已不再担任上市规则第3.05条下公司的授权代表;及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部下代表公司在香港接受送达法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2025年5月27日起生效。自2025年5月27日起，倪晨晖先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，以接替冯明竹先生。
