路透社5月27日 - 据《华尔街日报》周二援引知情人士的话报道，Salesforce CRM.N即将以大约80亿美元的价格收购数据管理软件公司Informatica INFA.N。
报道称，这家云软件巨头预计将以每股25美元的价格收购Informatica，交易将在当天晚些时候宣布。
Salesforce和Informatica没有立即回应路透社的置评请求。Informatica股价在盘前交易中大涨7%，至24.1美元，Salesforce股价上涨1.6%。
一位熟悉内情的人士周五告诉路透社，Informatica在重新吸引了包括Salesforce在内的收购者的收购兴趣后，正在探索出售事宜。
Salesforce和Informatica在2024年4月未能就交易条款达成一致，因此放弃了前期谈判。
