智通财经APP讯，华新水泥(600801.SH)公告，公司董事会审议通过了公司2023-2025年核心员工持股计划之第三期(2025年)核心员工持股计划。参加本期计划的核心员工人数750人，其中，公司董事、监事、高级管理人员16人，分别为执行董事/总裁李叶青、执行董事/副总裁刘凤山、监事会主席明进华、监事张林、监事刘伟胜、监事刘胜、监事杨小兵、副总裁/财务总监陈骞、副总裁杜平、副总裁梅向福、副总裁杨宏兵、副总裁徐钢、副总裁王加军、副总裁/董事会秘书叶家兴、副总裁卢国兵、副总裁汤峻。
2025年计划的资金来源为公司计提的激励对象2025年度长期激励薪酬3920.68万元。本期计划的股票来源为通过二级市场购买(包括大宗交易以及竞价交易等方式)的公司A股普通股股票。若按董事会通过本期计划之日的收盘价12.40元/股计算，可购买股票316.18万股，占公司总股本的0.15%。通过二级市场购买标的股票的价格和数量将按照二级市场价格确定(包括大宗交易以及竞价交易等方式)，于本次董事会审议通过后6个月内完成购买。
本期计划存续期不超过60个月，自本期计划经公司董事会审议通过且公司公告最后一笔公司股票过户至本期持股计划账户名下之日起计算。
