智通财经APP获悉，New Found Gold(NFGC.US)公司宣布，一组承销商已同意通过包销交易，以每股2.29加元的价格购买2140万股慈善流通普通股，总募集资金约4900万加元，且承销商有权额外购买本次发行股份的15%。截至发稿，该股股价上涨12%。
同时，New Found Gold还计划完成一笔非经纪商私募配售，以每股1.63加元的价格发行至多1227万股非流通普通股，预计募集资金约2000万加元。
公司透露，知名投资者埃里克·斯普罗特(Eric Sprott)拟参与本次发行，以维持其约19%的持股比例，并通过私募配售认购足够股份，使其持股比例超过20%，这意味着斯普罗特将成为公司新的“控制人”。
此次融资所得资金将用于推动Queensway金矿项目进入开发阶段，以及一般企业运营和流动资金需求。
