美国经纪公司建达资本市场公司（Cantor Fitzgerald）周三表示，它将收购瑞银（UBS）的对冲基金部门奥康纳（O‘Connor）。

　　这笔交易延续了由布兰登・卢特尼克（Brandon Lutnick）担任董事长的这家华尔街巨头的积极交易周期，布兰登・卢特尼克是前建达公司老板、现任美国商务部长霍华德・卢特尼克（Howard Lutnick）的儿子。

　　奥康纳的投资包括对冲基金、私人信贷和大宗商品等另类资产。该平台将为建达资本市场公司的资产管理部门增加 110 亿美元的投资资产。

　　布兰登・卢特尼克表示：“收购奥康纳对我们的资产管理业务具有变革性意义，表明了我们对投资有吸引力的增长型业务的承诺。”
