智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)发布公告，如力宝有限公司(00226)(力宝，公司的居间控股公司)公布所披露，于2025年5月16日，要约人LL Capital Holdings Limited要求力宝的董事会向力宝的股东提呈建议，当中包括将力宝私有化;及待达成分派条件后，力宝向于计划记录日期名列力宝股东名册的力宝股东，以实物分派力宝全资附属公司及本公司直接控股公司Skyscraper Realty Limited现时持有的最多3.03亿股股份(占已发行股份总数约33.01%)的方式进行特别分派。力宝股东将可按股票方式(力宝股东每持有1000股力宝股份可收取615股股份，并向下调整至最接近的整数)或现金方式收取其于建议分派项下的权利。
公司已向联交所申请股份由2025年5月29日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
