人民财讯5月28日电，近日，上海复星医药（集团）股份有限公司（简称“复星医药”）与杭州九源基因生物药股份有限公司（简称“九源基因”）就多款生物药及创新药械产品的海外独家商业化权益合作在杭州举办签约仪式。根据协议，复星医药获得九源基因的独家授权，就司美格鲁肽、骨优导和JY-23等产品，在中东北非、撒哈拉以南非洲全部国家及部分东盟国家的独家临床开发、注册、生产和商业化权益。
