Brainbees Solutions (BOM:544226) will invest up to 1.46 billion Indian rupees in its subsidiary Globalbees Brands, increasing its stake to 51.51%, according to a Monday filing on the local bourse.
The company will also invest up to 32 million dirhams in its wholly owned UAE subsidiary Firstcry Management DWC LLC to support expansion in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
