5月27日，神州控股盘初涨超15%，消息面上，5月26日，神州控股发布公告，股东DCG拟即日起十二个月内，以集中定价竞价、场外股份转让或其他方式增持公司股份，总金额4.28亿人民币元(约4.67亿港元)。目前，主席兼首席执行官郭为持有DCG 21.76%股权。
根据通知，DCG目前持有83,068,000股股份，占本公司已发行股份总额约4.96%；及拟增持股份完成后，DCG、郭为及其控制实体合共持有本公司股权将不会超过29.9%。
