消息面上，和誉附属公司上海和誉生物医药科技有限公司宣布，其自主研发的高选择性小分子FGFR4抑制剂依帕戈替尼(Irpagratinib/ABSK011)获中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心("CDE")突破性疗法认定，用于治疗肝细胞癌("HCC")。依帕戈替尼是首个采用靶向分子生物标志物精准治疗HCC患者的药物。
值得注意的是，和誉近期连续回购。5月23日，公司耗资256万港元回购30万股。平安证券指出，2024年和誉首次实现全年盈利，2025年公司启动不超过2亿港元新一轮的股票回购计划，进一步提升股东价值，同时再次彰显出管理团队对公司未来发展前景的坚定信心。
