智通财经APP讯，EDA集团控股(02505)公布，于2025年5月27日(加拿大时间)，公司的全资子公司EDA Cloud Canada Inc(作为租户)，及公司的全资子公司EDA International Inc.(作为租赁赔偿者)就位于加拿大安大略省密西沙加的该物业租赁事宜与业主PEARSON CORPORATE CENTRE LP订立租赁协议。 租期自开始日期起计10年，或按租赁协议的规定提前终止，租赁协议项下涵盖整个租期的基本租金总额(不含税)约为2470万加元(相当于约人民币1.281亿元)。
董事会认为，订立租赁协议为集团扩展其全球物流网络及足迹的契机，符合其成为全球领先的人工智能物流技术服务集团的整体战略发展方向。租赁协议项下的该物业将用作公司于加拿大的自营仓库。
