观点网讯：5月24日，新鸿基地产香港西沙住宅项目“SIERRA SEA”第1B期进行第3轮销售，以价单发售的216个单位已全部售罄。
至此，该项目第1A(2)期及第1B期共6轮销售的价单单位均已全数售罄，累计成交1520个单位，套现85亿港元，平均售价约550万港元。
据悉，该项目客源中港岛及九龙买家占比25%，沙田、大埔及西贡客户超六成，内地拼音客及投资客分别占20%和30%。
新地透露，因市场需求强劲，SIERRA SEA第2A期正加速申领预售许可。
