恒隆地产(00101.HK) 宣布，公司在内地采用可再生能源的物业组合占比，已从所有营运物业的50%提升至80%。沈阳市府恒隆广场、沈阳皇城恒隆广场及大连恒隆广场三个项目，自今年5月1日起已全面采用可再生能源供电，为辽宁省首批实现此成就的商业项目。
位于沈阳及大连的三个恒隆广场透过符合中国绿电交易政策框架的绿电采购协议，成功购入风能及太阳能可再生能源。预计至今年底，恒隆旗下八个物业累计将采购约3.2亿千瓦时的可再生能源，超额完成公司此前制定于今年内地物业组合25%用电来自可再生能源的可持续发展目标。
