环球新材国际附属公司七色鹿寨引入重庆国际注资5亿元
5月25日，环球新材国际（06616）发布公告，宣布其间接非全资附属公司七色鹿寨与重庆国际签署增资协议，重庆国际同意向七色鹿寨注资5亿元。此次注资中，1312万元将用于增加七色鹿寨的注册资本，4.87亿元将用于其资本储备。注资完成后，七色鹿寨的注册资本将由1.31亿元增至1.44亿元，重庆国际的持股比例将为约9.09%。此举将使得公司在七色鹿寨的实际股权从约52.22%摊薄至约47.48%。
根据公告，增资协议的完成需满足若干先决条件，且可能会或可能不会完成。因此，公司提醒股东和潜在投资者在买卖股份时应谨慎行事。增资所得款项将主要用于七色鹿寨的业务运营、项目建设及相关投资等，以支持公司在合成云母行业的持续发展。董事会认为，此次增资将为公司筹集更多资金而不增加杠杆，进而推动未来业务的拓展和现有业务的增长。
