　　由于在2023年8月向股东实物分派健倍苗苗（02161）股份作为特别股息后，该公司不再将健倍苗苗及其附属公司的业绩于财务报表综合入账。因此，预期2025财年公司权益持有人应占溢利同比增加超过10%。
