博雅互动近日发布盈警，预期截至2025年3月31日止三个月，公司拥有人应占亏损预期约2亿元至2.2亿元左右，而去年同期公司拥有人应占利润约3.88亿元。主要由于2025年第一季度收益预期较2024年同期略有减少及因购买加密货币令银行存款减少，使得该期间获得的存款利息预期同比减少。另据该公司此前披露，今年2月28日，集团进一步增持比特币(BTC)，以约795万美元购得比特币约100枚，购入成本每枚约79495美元。本次购买完成后，于公告日期，集团共持有约3350枚比特币，平均成本每枚约58627美元。
