【Strive完成7.5亿美元PIPE融资以推进比特币战略】金色财经报道，由 Vivek Ramaswamy 联合创立的资产管理公司 Strive 宣布完成 7.5 亿美元的公开上市公司私募股权（PIPE）融资，发行价为每股 1.35 美元，较 ASST 股票前一交易日收盘价溢价 121%，该交易还包括 7.5 亿美元的认股权证，若全部行使，融资总额将达 15 亿美元。据悉，此次融资未引入债务，保留了未来的杠杆空间，Strive 计划利用这笔资金收购生物技术公司、购买比特币相关的困境资产（如 Mt. Gox 索赔）以及折价的结构化比特币信贷工具，构建 Alpha 驱动的比特币资产组合。
