先机企业(00176.HK) 公布，由于公司核数师需要更多时间完成审核程序，其中主要包括回收所有银行询证函；由于核数师的任命较晚，需回传3个月存货进出至年结日期；公司资产之估值报告；及就公司现时资金紧拙，须为经营预算作出更多的评估审核之工作。因此，公司2024年年度业绩的发布将进一步推迟。
目前公司确认未发现任何重大审计问题。审计师尚未表明其审计意见的形式，也未表明是否会对2024年年度业绩提出任何审计保留意见。然而，在公司截至2023年12月31日止年度的年度报告中，核数师基于“与持续经营有关的重大不确定性”而发表无审计意见之报告。
