中信股份(00267)发布公告，近日，中信金属股份有限公司(以下简称“中信金属”)获悉，参股公司艾芬豪矿业(TSX:IVN;OTCQX:IVPAF)旗下位于刚果民主共和国的卡莫阿-卡库拉(Kamoa-Kakula)铜矿内的卡库拉(Kakula)地下矿山因矿震暂停井下作业。

根据艾芬豪矿业近期公告显示，艾芬豪矿业高级管理层与世界级岩土工程专家团队正在开展全面矿山调查以了解矿震的塬因及影响。过去几天，卡库拉地下矿山有间歇性矿震发生。初步迹象表明，卡库拉井下的矿震可能持续数周，这将影响井下进场作业并延长卡库拉的井下采矿暂停时间。由于井下抽水和电力基础设施遭受影响，目前卡库拉井下涌水量大幅增加，卡莫阿铜业有限公司正在制定详细的排水计划。

受矿震影响，卡库拉地下矿山暂停井下作业，一期和二期选矿厂目前处理来自地表堆存的矿石，截至2025年4月30日，地表堆存约380万吨矿石，平均铜品位约3.2%。卡莫阿地下矿山的采矿活动和毗邻的叁期选矿厂持续正常运营，未受影响。卡莫阿-卡库拉2025年度产量和成本指引，以及冶炼厂的产能爬坡计划，已暂时撤回以待重新审查。

本次矿震可能会对卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿的年度计划产量的实现产生不利影响，具体影响程度需根据艾芬豪矿业调查结果进一步评估，公司将在定期报告或临时报告中适时更新相关信息。
