智通财经APP讯，中铝国际(02068)发布公告，公司审核委员会在选聘会计师事务所过程中，对会计师事务所的专业胜任能力、投资者保护能力、独立性和诚信状况等进行了审核和评价，认为致同具备相关业务审计从业资格，能够满足公司审计工作需求，并鉴于致同顺利完成了公司2024年度审计和委托的其它事项，严格遵照中国注册会计师审计准则的规定，履行了必要的审计程序，收集了适当、充分的审计证据，审计结论符合公司的实际情况，且专业能力、投资者保护能力及独立性足以胜任，亦不存在损害公司整体利益及中小股东权益的情况。公司于2025年5月23日召开第四届董事会审核委员会第二十一次会议，对续聘致同会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2025年度审计师进行了审议，审核委员会委员进行了表决，全体委员同意向公司建议续聘致同为公司2025年度审计师，任期至2025年年度股东大会结束为止。
