路透社5月27日 - 据国际机械师与航空航天工人协会（International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers）发言人称，RTX公司RTX.N普惠公司（Pratt & Whitney）的罢工工人周二批准了该公司提出的第二份合同，结束了长达三周的罢工。
工会代表此前曾表示，约3000名罢工工人的首要任务是让普拉特公司承诺将洛克希德-马丁公司LMT.N的F-35战斗机 (link)。
这次罢工是该发动机制造商康涅狄格州工厂20多年来的首次罢工，该工厂为F-35战斗机生产发动机，并生产该公司约70%的齿轮传动涡扇发动机，该发动机用于欧洲飞机制造商空中客车公司AIR.PA畅销的A320 neo系列飞机。
