　　此前，中银证券发布研报称，颐海国际（01579）公告2024年年报，2024年营收65.4亿元，同比+6.4%，归母净利7.4亿元同比-13.3%。2024年，公司第三方及关联方营收增速分别为+10.4%、-1.8%，公司第三方实现稳健增长，建议关注公司其他B端及海外市场带来的增量，维持增持评级。考虑当前消费环境仍较为疲软，结合公司2024年业绩表现，该行调整此前盈利预测，预计2025-2027年公司EPS分别为0.83、0.94、1.03元/股，对应PE分别为14.7X13.0X、11.9X。
