智通财经APP讯，顺兴集团控股(01637)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得净溢利不少于200万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度净亏损约为1520万港元。
董事会认为，截至2025年3月31日止年度预期由亏转盈，主要归因于以下因素：
1)以公平价值计入损益的金融资产价值增加，而该增加属于非现金性质;
2)于若干项目完成时结算工程变更指令并确认较之前高的利润率，导致收入和毛利上升。
