PCCW Limited has announced the grant of share awards under its 2024 Share Award Scheme. On May 28, 2025, the company issued a total of 1,569,031 share awards to employee participants. These awards, granted at no purchase price, are set to vest in different periods between May 2026 and May 2027. The closing price of the shares on the date of the grant was HK$5.14 per share. The grants were determined by the company's Remuneration Committee based on the performance of both the company and the individual employees. There are no performance targets attached to the vesting, nor is there a clawback mechanism in place for the awarded shares.
