Southern Gas Board Approves New CFO, Reappoints Internal Auditors

Southern Gas (BOM:509910) said M.B. Rama Bhat & Associates and SBRVANDCO were re-appointed as internal auditors for the Karnataka and Kerala units, respectively, for the financial year 2025-26, according to a Monday filing on the local bourse.

Nagweelar Shekchar Madhulkar will join as the new chief finance officer starting June 7, succeeding Shahidhar Dattanand Haridass, who retires from the role on June 6.

The board also took note of the resignation of Nirzaa Kesarwani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 31.

The internal auditors have extensive experience in statutory and internal audits, taxation, and compliance services across various sectors. The outgoing CFO is retiring to pursue other career opportunities.
