近期，集团通过直接或间接租赁物业开设自营仓库。4月25日(美国时间)，集团的全资子公司EDA International, Inc.(作为租户)就位于美国伊利诺斯州罗密欧维尔的该物业租赁事宜与业主SOUTHCREEK INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS, LLC订立租赁协议。
5月9日(美国时间)，集团的全资子公司(作为租户)及集团(作为租赁担保人)就位于美国乔治亚州亚特兰大的该物业租赁事宜与业主订立租赁协议。
5月21日，集团的全资子公司CEDARWAY LIMITED(作为租户)及集团(作为租赁担保人)就位于英国什罗普郡特尔福德的该物业租赁事宜与业主CEDARWAY LIMITED订立租赁协议。
业绩方面，根据集团发布的截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币16.9亿元(单位下同)，同比增加39.76%;母公司拥有人应占利润4706.8万元，同比减少32.18%。
