　　望尘科技控股（02458）发布公告，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行将于其本届任期在公司于2025年5月20日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时届满后退任公司核数师；由于考虑到审计费用，董事会在公司审核委员会的建议下，已经议决不会续聘德勤为公司核数师。

　　根据公司之组织章程细则以及经公司审核委员会推荐，董事会已议决建议委任致同（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，自股东周年大会结束起生效，直至公司下届股东周年大会结束后为止，惟须待股东于股东周年大会上批准，方可作实。
