上海电气（601727/02727）发布公告，公司将持有的上海市光星路8号土地使用权由上海市松江区人民政府中山街道办事处实施收储，收储总价为2.4亿元。此次交易在2025年5月28日的董事会会议上获得通过，并且不构成重大资产重组，也不涉及关联交易，因而无需提交股东大会审议。
根据相关评估，上海市光星路8号房地产的评估总价为1.66亿元，其中土地使用权价值为7894万元，房屋价格为5707万元。此次土地收储预计将对公司的归母净利润产生约1.83亿元的影响，具体收益将在收储实施后根据《企业会计准则》进行确认。
2025年一季度，上海电气实现收入222.45亿元，归母净利润2.92亿元。
