路透北京5月28日 - 油价周三早盘上扬，因美国禁止雪佛龙 CVX.N从委内瑞拉出口原油，增加了供应收紧的前景。
0028 GMT，布兰特原油期货 LCOc1 上涨47美分，或0.73%，至每桶64.56美元；美国原油期货 CLc1 上涨49美分，或约0.8%，至每桶61.38美元。
路透周二援引知情人士报道，特朗普政府已向雪佛龙 CVX.N签发了一项新的授权，允许其保留在委内瑞拉的资产，但不得出口石油或扩大其活动。
西太平洋银行大宗商品和碳战略主管Robert Rennie在一份报告中写道："雪佛龙在美国的委内瑞拉原油供应减少，将导致炼油商缺油，从而更加依赖中东原油。"
在经济方面，欧盟官员已要求欧盟主要企业和首席执行官提供其在美国投资计划的细节。在美国总统特朗普撤销了威胁对欧盟进口商品加征高额关税的计划后，欧盟正准备推进与华盛顿的贸易谈判。nL6S3RZ0U4
