融创中国(01918.HK) 公布，有关公司的境外债务重组，早鸟同意费截止日期已于上周五(23日)下午五时正届满，并将于重组生效日期或之前以新强制可转换债券1的形式按面值支付。
目前公司发行的境外美元票据、可转换债券及强制可转换债券(现有证券)未偿还本金总额约82%的持有人已递交加入重组支持协议的函件，及整体而言现有债务未偿还本金总额约64%的持有人已递交加入重组支持协议的函件。此外，公司知悉若干债权人正在履行必要的程序以加入重组支持协议。
另外，截至基础同意费截止日期前有效持有合格受限债务，并在记录日期仍持有全部或部分该等合格受限债务的同意债权人，将根据重组支持协议条款获得一笔基础同意费，金额等同于该同意债权人截至基础同意费截止日期前持有的合格受限债务本金总额的0.5%，将同样以新强制可转换债券1的形式按面值支付。
