智通财经APP获悉，日本航运巨头商船三井正在向日本政府寻求帮助，此前欧盟出人意料地决定制裁该公司三艘涉足俄罗斯项目的液化天然气(LNG)运输船。
商船三井首席执行官Takeshi Hashimoto周二表示：“我们对此非常不高兴，所以我们现在正通过包括日本政府在内的各种渠道游说欧盟。”
由商船三井管理的“North Moon”、“North Light”和“North Ocean”号被列入欧洲理事会上周通过的第17批制裁名单中。这些制裁措施是欧盟推动俄罗斯与乌克兰达成和平协议的努力的一部分。
这三艘船最近协助运输了未受制裁的亚马尔液化天然气项目的货物。
Hashimoto表示，部分船只已装载货物，商船三井将尽快卸货。
Hashimoto表示：“我认为这些船只在未来一段时间内将无法使用。但说实话，他们一直说亚马尔项目不受制裁，但突然间这些船只就受到了制裁。”
商船三井还在全球范围内运送包括汽车在内的一系列商品，在美国总统唐纳德·特朗普征收关税之前，该公司在1月至3月期间经历了大规模的囤货热潮，随后需求在4月份下降，但随着贸易战缓和，自5月份以来需求一直非常强劲。
Hashimoto表示：“我们预计5月和6月需求将继续保持强劲。”
他预计，中长期内日本对北美的汽车出口将逐渐下降，企业将转向美国本地生产。Hashimoto补充道：“我们需要转变思维模式，摆脱‘以日本为中心’的商业分销模式。”
