智通财经APP讯，品创控股(08066)发布公告，于2025年5月21日，公司收到认购人(即公司执行董事郭榕翔先生)的转换通知，内容有关行使可换股债券附带的换股权，按每股换股股份0.30港元的换股价转换本金额为1650万港元的可换股债券。因此，5500万股换股股份(相当于公司现有已发行股本约10.47%及公司经发行换股股份扩大后已发行股本约9.48%)已于2025年5月28日配发及发行予认购人。
换股股份在所有方面(包括股息权)与于配发日期当日已发行的其他股份及彼此之间享有同等地位及相同权利。
