Agioe Technologies Reaches 18 Million Yuan in Settlement With China Railway Signal & Communication Over Contract Dispute

Suzhou Agioe Technologies (SHA:688450) reached a settlement with China Railway Signal & Communication (HKG:3969, SHA:688009) over a contract dispute case, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.

The amount involved in the case is 17.7 million yuan, which includes payment and interest, legal fees of 166,900 yuan, as well as litigation and preservation fees.

The Chinese systems developer agreed to withdraw the lawsuit against the railway construction firm at the Hebei District People's Court of Tianjin in China, the filing said.
