SmartStop Self Storage REIT (SMA) said late Thursday it has acquired a roughly 600-unit self-storage facility in Lakewood, Colorado, within the Denver metropolitan area.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The facility has about 66,850 square feet of net rentable space, the company said.
