美东时间周五早间，UiPath股价一度上涨超过8%，此前该公司公布的一季度业绩及更新后的指引为风险回报比提供了新的评估背景。

　　该公司公布的年度经常性收入（ARR）达16.93亿美元，同比增长12%，并预计2026财年营收将在15.49亿至15.54亿美元之间，高于市场普遍预期的15.2亿美元。

　　UiPath首席执行官Daniel Dines称其自主自动化平台的推出是“公司历史上最重要且最成功的产品发布之一”，并重点提及与一家财富15强医疗企业达成的多年数百万美元合作协议，以及新建立的人工智能合作伙伴关系。

　　首席财务官Ashim Gupta表示，在调整收入线性后，宏观及外汇逆风影响仍“微乎其微”。

　　券商Evercore将目标股价上调至15美元，维持市场表现评级，指出其在波动环境中一季度执行稳健；富国银行维持“持股观望”评级，同时将目标价上调至12美元。
