消息面上，5月30日，新世界发展公布，公司积极推动地产本业发展，在中国内地及香港业务均取得持续增长，财年至今整体合约销售约248亿港元，占集团全年销售目标逾95%。香港港岛南区超级豪宅项目“DEEP WATER PAVILIA滶晨” 短短三日成功标售19伙，合共套现逾11亿港元，并创下三大超级豪宅新市场纪录。
此外，5月28日，新世界发展与上海黄浦区人民政府签署战略合作协议，建立战略合作伙伴关系，携手推动淮海路商圈发展，全面提升经济发展效益。新世界发展将充分发挥自身强大品牌优势、商业运营经验及专业能力，进一步加强区域产业的协同效应。
